LCT conversion passenger ships have been widely operated in the waters of Bali Strait. Ship operations Strait result repeated loads on structure. Repeated loading produces vertical and horizontal bending moments that act randomly due to waves. Based this, it is necessary analyze structure ship. The purpose this study was reliability value ship operating undulating waters. Wave analysis performed using spectral method determine load acting ship, while calculation uses Mean Value First Order Second Moment (MVFOSM) value. carried out a full an empty load. at 0.913615 0.88948.
